A blend of African, South American and Central American beans. We lightly roast half of them, to preserve their essential flavors, body and acidity, and darkly roast the other half, to add sweetness and roast notes. The result is a perfectly balanced cup of coffee. We've used this as our house drip blend and espresso since opening our doors in 1994. It's always been our top seller.
