Pure, smooth. Good for me. There is "pulp" in this. Great product. Love the Lakewood line. Lucky enough to have a superstore near me carry some of this and a healthfood store. If I didn't live near those, I would have it shipped. It's on my superfoods list as a "warrior" for The Genotype Diet so I'm a happy camper.
