I grew up in an Italian neighborhood and provolone was always so sharp it felt like it cut your tongue.The flavor was never forgotten, but living in NC all the provolone was so soft and mild the flavor never developed.I have ordered the picante provolone twice.the first order was nearly as good as when I was a kid, the second not quite as good, but better than the option.There will be absolutely more orders.Product Description
