Review of Ancient Recipe Olives (Olives With Currants And Pine Nuts)

This will be brief.I was quite skeptical of these simply due to the price.I was wrong.Just because they are relatively inexpensive, doe not mean they are bad...unless you are a complete food snob (I have a tendency to be as such which I constantly fight).Anyway, I use these in cooking a lot; use them with various dressings and garnishes.I have been absolutely delighted with them as have been my guests.Give these a try.At this price even if you don't like them, you at least you will not be facing debtors prison (which is probably coming back into style).

Product Description

Our "Ancient Recipe Olives" are prepared with pickled olives, extra virgin olive oil, currants, pine nuts and salt.

These olives are "Taggiasche", a quality typically Ligurian, from the Western Riviera. Plants that give this type of olive are century year old and were planted by the monks on the terraces overlooking the sea. The flavour is delicious thanks to an excellent mix between the intense and aromatic taste of the olives and the particular sweetness and delicacy of the currants and the pine nuts.

"Ancient Recipe Olives" are a refined and appetizing aperitif as like as an excellent dressing for salads and for many elaborate courses.

Each jar of Ancient Recipe Olives is a product of Organic Farming and contains 180g (6.25oz)
