These dried mushrooms were shredded nicely and evenly, and appear to be very clean.I am not a connoisseur of mushrooms, either fresh or dried, but these seem to be of really fantastic quality.When looking at the quantities, I could not tell how much I would actually be getting, but they are sold by weight, and you get a whole lot of dried mushrooms by weight.I ordered the largest quantity available, and I got a gigantic bag shipped to me very quickly.Definitely good stuff, and they made my egg rolls much better than if I would have used shiitakes or some other type of mushroom from the grocery store.Product Description
