Review of La Nonna's Orange Blossom Honey - 8.5oz.

I live in Florida, so I grew up with orange blossom honey being "honey". This has a similar flavor, but is different in pleasing ways. Florida orange blossom honey has nectar from various citrus groves, but is predominantly orange. This honey is just orange. It is lighter and sweeter than the Florida variety, which is stronger and more bold. This has a more pronounced floral taste, like the taste of orange blossoms themselves. This has a much more pronounced sweet aftertaste than the Florida variety. The two taste obviously of the same source, but the results are different. The honey I received had already crystallized, but it had crystallized very finely, giving a soft texture similar to butter.

Orange blossom honey is common in the US, but when you taste this honey you won't believe it's the same thing at all. It's complex with the barest hint of orange flower and wonderful added to salad dressings, used in baking, or simply eaten.
