Review of Sugar Free Smiles: Get Well Gift Basket

I wanted to buy a gift basket which is customized for a diabetic who cannot have sugar. This basket was perfect and brought a big smile to a patient who was in the hospital. Heard he had a great time unwrapping this basket in his hospital bed and it lifted his spirit. This Smile Face mug holds a special place for him as it cheered him up when he was not feeling well.
