Review of 5-1lb packs of Extra Lean Ground Buffalo

You won't find a leaner package of ground buffalo for your grill. I make each 1 lb package into two patties and sprinkle salt, pepper, and then press minced garlic and freshly ground horseradish into both sides then grill them over a charcoal fire, turning every 3 minutes. I like them medium rare so I only turn them 3 times. Best burger you'll ever have. Great in chili also but don't brown first, just crumble raw meat into the rest of your prepared stock and cook "slow and low".

These roasts are more flavorful,tender, and fulfilling than the best standing beef rib roast you ever had on a Sunday! No gristle, well-marbled, and in a great size for couples. You could even use them as pot roast although that would be a tremendous waste their great natural flavor.

Review of 20-4oz Ostrich Patties Extra Lean

This is very tasty and healthy too. I just wish the shipping wasn't so expensive.
If you didn't tell someone it is ostrich they would think it was beef, it's that good.
