I wanted to order something from the gourmet food section besides chocolate, so I picked this package of 1lb of jumbo shrimp. The packaging was very nice, they came in a large styrofoam box with icepacks keeping them cold.I immediately froze them when I got them, as I wasn't cooking them within the next 24-48 hours.
They dethawed well and I made them as a shrimp cocktail.They were just as good as any shrimp I've bought in a grocery store, though far from the best I've tasted.
While they were good, I will probably just buy my shrimp from the grocery store as the taste is comparable and then I don't have to pay for shipping.They were decent shrimp though, so I recommend them to people who live in areas where shrimp is not readily available.

Our repeat order arrived promptly, well-packed, and in good condition.The rings have both a nice flavor and a nice texture.We use them in paella, and also saute them along with bay scallops and small shrimp to which we add a white wine reduction.
I have not personally purchaced conch meat from this supplier, however, I would defanantly reccomend it to anyone who enjoys seafood. I had conch twice while on a trip to Port-au-Prince, Haiti. It was the most delicious sea creature I've ever eaten! I had it fried, and scampied in a pasta and there isn't a scallop or lobster out there that could trump conch's succulent, moist, meaty goodness. In fact, ever since I had it I've wanted more, but I haven't had the chance. I would buy some of this, but I didn't realize how much it cost...
The salmon arrived via UPS - fresh - not flash frozen.The portion sizes were just right for cooking and the flavor was great.
