For anyone who has allergies to corn products, soy, &guten this is an wonderful product.The price was pretty spendy, but we could no longer locate it in the local food stores. Only complaint is a jar of tartar sauce was in the order instead of the 8 mayonnaises I had ordered.Of course, we will stil try to find locally the product due to the price.
This is a very nice Aioli.Make sure if you purchase it, you will use it quickly, once opened the shelf life is not that long.It is of a more liquid consistency, not thick like mayonaisse, but excellent tasting.Makes for a good soft spread, sauce or dressing.
I was recently in St. Barths in a gourmet food store and needed mayonnaise.All they had was the Delouis Fils so not wanting to make a stop at the local supermarket I decided to give it a try.Before adding it to my tuna I took a taste.It was so good I almost forgot the tuna and just ate it straight from the jar.Imagine my surprise to find it available through Amazon!
