Review of Sukhi's Kashmir Curry Paste

Bought my first package of Sukhi's curry, add a little water and yoghurt for four servings, at the Ferry Building on a market day when I was visiting and now lament the fact I can't find it where I live, Connecticut.So easy to use, so tasty, that our friends, who visit India every other year, declared it one of the best they've eaten (didn't know it was basically instant curry!)Am now attempting to purchase a batch (bought six packets in SF - all gone) through Amazon.Give it a try!

From the northern state of Kashmir, this blend has fennel, fenugreek powder & cardamom as its main ingredients. Excellent with chicken, beef, & lamb. Also ideal with tofu or paneer (Indian cheese).

Review of Sukhi's Madras Vegetable Spice Mix

This is a very robust spice mix. It's excellent with virtually any vegetable(s). My wife who is a vegetarian loves this stuff. It has a very strong flavor (spicy) that might take some getting used to unless you enjoy Indian food already. I've added some fresh garlic when frying with vegetables for an even tastier mix.
