Review of White Peach Puree

I ordered this puree on the recommendation of a website I've since lost. The author described the puree as the perfect complement to champagne when making a Bellini.

I said what the heck and went to place an order, but then saw it might not arrive in time. I called up the customer service department and spoke with Anita, who said she'd be happy to ship the order out a day earlier after I placed it (which I did!). Sure enough, the order came wrapped carefully and packed with dry ice (don't touch with your bare fingers!) and still frozen.

I threw a party with a case of champagne and three containers of this puree, and I can vouch that it was an excellent party! All my guests absolutely loved the puree and gravitated towards it over the other drinks I provided. I can't vouch for the puree when cooking, but as the label says, Perfect in Bellini Cocktails!

Review of Passion Fruit Concentrate

I was making a wedding cake and the bride wanted passion fruit mousse between the layers.I said no problem. Then I tried to locate passion fruit puree in my area(Sacramento).Couldn't find it. Thank goodness for The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley. The passion fruit puree came frozen, thawed beautifuly,and tasted fantastic.What a great product!

This and all the other purees are excellent and can be used infinite ways.The only drawback:very expensive shipping.

Review of Mango Puree

Item arrived quickly and frozen on dry ice.After sampling a thawed container, I have to say this is the best canned mango product I've tried.It was very sweet like a fresh mango should taste....NOT like the typical flavorless mango mush in heavy syrup.This would be good for anything requiring mangos from a fruit smoothie to mango nut bread to mango wine.I've got 6 gallons of mango wine going and so far so good!

I also contacted The Perfect Puree's customer service before ordering and they provided me with the information I needed on sugar content.

Will definitely buy more and possibly try some of the other purees they sell.

Review of Red Raspberry Puree

Excellent product.I ordered the Key Lime.Though it is extremely concentrated a little goes a long way.Made a great Key Lime Pie.Only complaint is the shipping.The shipping is more than the product itself.Probably won't order again.
