This is cheese. If you are expecting 10 yr cheddar, this isn't aged quite that long. It is very good cheese though and worth every cent.

THIS YUMMY SWISS CHEESE has a delightfully nutty flavour, and a fine texture that keeps better in the refrigerator than cheddar.(Cheddar heese seems to harden fadster in the refrigerator than Swiss cheese).I compared it to the "gourmet" Swiss cheese at my local supermarket.The supermarket's cheese is less firm, and seems to have far more of a fat content.Yes...the supermarket's cheese is a bit smoother, richer, andmore buttery...but when one thinks of the probable extra calories, this Wisconsin Cheesema Swiss cheese is quite adequate...if not even more so.Thinking of the calories saved, in fact, can make it taste even better!
FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET SUGAR-FREE ANYTHING, IT WAS A PLEASENT SURPRISE TO TASTE THIS CARAMEL COVERED POPCORN. IT CERTAINLY FITS THE BILL FOR MY SUGAR CRAVE, WITHOUT THE SUGAR.MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS PRODUCT.

This cheese was a great hit at a recent party.It is tangy and dry, and went well with both port and a semi-dry red wine; absolutely wonderful. Uncork your favorite wine, grab the crackers, and have a nice relaxing evening.
I bought this for my parents that have high cholesterol and diabetes.It was delicious and very good for them!Its a great gift to give, especially if you run out of ideas!
My diabetic husband loves sweets and we have run the gamut of sugar free products.He really enjoyed these cookies.They don't have that awful after taste that many sugar free products do.Will definitely buy again

The cow crock is adorable.It was shipped quickly, and the cheese spread was delicious.Gave as a gift to Mom who is going to use the crock on the counter top for coffee storage now that the cheese has been devoured.Highly recommend!

I sent these as a gift and my family did not actually get to try. They live in Florida and did not realize they had to refridgerate. They were concerned they spoiled.
