The one caveat to cooking this link is... never, ever, ever overcook. If the outside crisps, it tends to taste like a link dipped in cough syrup. Cooked a little farther away from the coals, and taken off a bit before I normally would, the cherry flavor was much more subtle and blended better with the meat.I would recommend for those times when you are in an "experimental" mood.I would also suggest that these links be used as samplers, and not as the main course.Product Description
