I use this and other mushrooms from JR. I buy in 16oz bags and usually keep Chantrelle, porchini and black trumpet on hand. The package contains a nice selection of mushrooms and is dust free. I use the various mushrooms for mostly pasta dishes and when mixed with some prosciutto bits, the flavor is great. The shipper ships what is advertised and is very efficient.Product Description
Chanterelles are very delicate, with a fruity and peppery nutlike flavor. They add flavor, fragrance and color to many veal, poultry, pork and egg dishes as well as cream sauces. Their delicate flavor also complements many seafood dishes. Serve them as a side dish. After reconstituting sauté in butter or olive oil with a little garlic, Italian parsley and chopped onions or shallots.
