Review of Kusmi Samovar Tea (4.4oz.)

If you are looking for a finer quality tea than the normal grocery store stuff...i.e. twinings & the others....this is an excellent tea with a lovely smoky scent and flavor that is unique and delicious! I am not a tea expert by any means but I love tea and am disappointed with the flavor & quality of the normal store stuff....to include many of the fancier brands of trendy teas.I am impressed with all of the Kusmi-Teas I have tried to include Prince Vladimir, Petrushka and Bouquet of Flowers.I can't find it locally anymore so am elated it's out here on Amazon!! and I can't wait to try even more Kusmi-Teas!

Product Description

Founded in 1867 in Saint-Petersburg, Kusmi Teas are faithful to the spirit of the firm P.M Kousmichoff, supplier of the tsars of ancient Russia. In 1917 when the Revolution started in Russia, anticipating a disaster, the eldest Kusmichoff son transferred a part of his fortune to the London office and then created the Kusmi Tea company in France, based in Paris at 75 avenue Niel, where the company still has its workshop and boutique.

Kousmichoff has been carrying on the same tradition of serving connoisseurs and gourmets, combining discerning taste and creativity. Well known for their superb flavor andsmootheness, they are distributed throughout the world in the most fashionable and exclusive places. Kusmi teas share all the complexity and subtlety of ancient Russia.

Samovar is a blend of slightly smoked China and India teas.

Each tin contains 4.4 ounces net weight of Samovar Loose Tea blend by Kusmi Tea from France.
