Wow!! These are terrific. The flavor, the texture - Perfect!! You will not believe you are eating sugar free. I am type 2 diabetic and these chocolates never negatively effect my blood sugar. Also because of the high quality of the sweetener (maltitol) there is no pesky laxative effect either. Forget those over priced sugar free chocolates you find in the grocery and drug stores - these are the real thing. I also love the marshmallow filled dark chocolate bars. They are beyond wonderful. Now those of us who cannot have sugar - can have fine delicious chocolates again. And the people that own and operate A Bountiful Harvest couldn't be nicer or more accomodating. Their flourless cakes are also great.
