I was at a friend's house recently and she was trying to impress me (that is another story) and she used this product with the meal she was serving, which included a wonderful beef dish.She also used it with a cheese spread she invented herself.This stuff is absolutely delicious...I was absolutely stunned.I know food and I know good food and this stuff is great.It also allowed my friend to get what she wanted.I plan to order this stuff myself.
