Review of Baklawa (Baklava) w/Walnuts, 60 Pieces

I'll be honest the product itself is good, but Shatila is the worst service you can find online. They will never return your emails and their staff are computer illerterate. If you call they are not very helpful. The person I talked to could not find my orders or emails I sent them (I sent 3). I was told they will ship whenever she finds the order (that was about 5 days after I spoke to them and 12 days after I ordered).

They will arrive in the required time line, but you will get them at the last possible day they are required for you to receive it. They ship over a week late with 2 day air. I wonder if I would have ever received it if I didn't call and complain.

Review of Baklawa (Baklava) w/Pistachios, 30 Pieces

After reading reviews about Baklawa-w/Walnuts in amazon.com, I also ordered for one package, my seniors and co-workers liked it. I ordered for 3 more packages that were sent out to my friends in different cities, everyone liked this Baklawa. However last week, I decided to order for 2 packages of Baklawa (Baklava) w/Pistachios, believe me no body liked it.You would think that this stuff should be as good as other stuffs made of Pistachios, but no way--just a wastage of money. I feel sorry for spending about 35 dollers on this poor quality product without any taste.I don't know if the pistachios used in this product is of low quality or what is the problem??.

Review of Mixed Phillo Pastries, 27 Pieces

We have bought Baklawa from Shatila many times from their Dearborn store as well as sent it to friends via mail order. It is simply outstanding Baklawa -- perhaps best anywhere. You wouldn't like baklawa from Costco or other places after having baklawa from Shatila.

At their store, ice creams and other desserts are also excellent.
