I'll be honest the product itself is good, but Shatila is the worst service you can find online. They will never return your emails and their staff are computer illerterate. If you call they are not very helpful. The person I talked to could not find my orders or emails I sent them (I sent 3). I was told they will ship whenever she finds the order (that was about 5 days after I spoke to them and 12 days after I ordered).They will arrive in the required time line, but you will get them at the last possible day they are required for you to receive it. They ship over a week late with 2 day air. I wonder if I would have ever received it if I didn't call and complain.
