Review of New Hope Mills, Buckwheat Pancake mix: Box of 4

I am not a mix kind of girl but these are the exception.They are light and fluffy, not dense at all.They are fool proof, just water an an egg (even says you can sub. butter/shortening if you do not eat eggs).It is easily halved and can take add in's like chocolate chips and fruit.The chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back that uses the mix as the dry base is also surprisingly amazing, no exaggeration.
