I was hesitant about how good a gluten-free dough could really be; in fact it sat in my kitchen for quite a while before I tried it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package, because it had a wonderful smell. I actually think it's pretty tasty. It's not a soft crust and it's crispier around the edges, but I liked it. I enjoyed it enough that I've bought more and had pizza several times now. Instead of sauce I put olive oil and roasted garlic on it, and then I layered goat cheese, tomatoes, caramelized onions, and fresh basil. It was delicious!Product Description
