Review of Tillamook Special Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

If you love cheese, and in particular cheddar, you know that the aging process is the make or break moment. It's in the aging that you separate the pretenders from the superb. Tillamook's cheese definitely qualifies as superb, drawing from the best milking cows available in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Try your Vermont and Wisconsin cheeses. Dabble in the English, Irish, and French varietals. They all have their place and good qualities, but if I were forced to pick one cheese - one cheese only, for the rest of my life, without exception - it would be Tillamook's extra sharp cheddar cheese. It really is that good.
