Review of Moroccan Green Olives Bulk 1.25 Pounds

These olives were perfect for my use. I bought them to put on my Trader Joe frozen pizzas before baking. I usually only buy pitted olives for the authentic texture and taste, but it is a chore to cut the pits out if you want to put some on a pizza. These are the ticket!. They are of a higher quality than the French version of the same variety. The French export theirs and import thee from Morocco!

:O

Product Description
Moroccan Picholine Green Olives are grown in the remote atlas mountain range of Morocco, where the climate, rich soil and the ancient groves produce these savory olives. Today the predominant variety of olive planted in Morocco is the Picholine Marocaine, the cousin to the French Picholine Languedoc.Given the milder and more consistent climate in Morocco the Picholine Marocaine grows into a superior table olive. The proof of this proposition is that France imports tons and tons of these olives to eat themselves and to export as a 'Product of France' - yes most 'French' Picholines that are sold in this country are in fact grown in Morocco

Review of Argan Oil - Culinary Oil (5.1 Oz)

I tried the Argan oil after watching a documentary on TV. I originally ordered it 1) by curiosity (I wanted to see what the hype was about) and 2) because of it's alleged health properties.
I was amazed by the taste. I will never revert back to olive oil, EVER! Theantioxidant virtues are really an added bonus for me, my salads have become amazing and very special. I love the nutty flavor!
I also ordered the raw version for my skin and hair, and its equally as amazing. My skin has recovered its elasticity and radiance.

Review of Ras El Hanout 4.0 Oz By Zamouri Spices

Be careful! After trying this wonderful blend of spices, with great complexity of flavor, that they say is made with 35 ingredients, I found ras el hanout in my local grocery store. When I tried it alongside this one, there was no comparison. Then I checked the label--the local one had only 8 ingredients! It went into the trash and another order was placed to Zamouri.

Ras el hanout can be used in a number of Moroccan dishes that are fabulous, although they tend to be complex to prepare--although if you're in the mood they are worth the effort. But I also use it in tomato soup to give an amazing richness of flavor to it, transforming an everyday dish to a company dish.Today I'm braising short ribs, and when I've cooked down the braising liquid I'll add ras el hanout to provide a symphony of flavor to it.I haven't tried it with tomatoes and cheese on an omelet, but it's the sort of thing that's likely to be fabulous. With a little experimentation, you'll find your own favorite uses for it.
