In a sweet dressing for a salad this absolutely makes it fantastic!I have made the exact same dressing with and without a few tablespoons of blood orange olive oil and when I add the blood orange olive oil I ALWAYS get compliments on the salad and asked, "what did you put in the dressing?"I almost don't want to tell but reluctantly I do.
Also fantastic as a dipping sauce with a bit of balsamic vinegar!
