After years and years of trying dry pasta, as far as I'm concerned, any DeCecco product is simply the very best!I am particularly fond of Ziti #118.Plus, years ago, I got a glimpse of Sophia Loren in her kitchen and lo and behold, there was a box of DeCecco pasta!What better reference could you possibly get?
