Review of Artisan Buckwheat Pasta (Pizzoccheri) from Lombardia

Having visited Italy several times, I am always drawn to the small family trattorias for meals.The Pizzoccheri from the Lombardia region is tremendous...this is Italian comfort food.I have now made this product several times for family and friends and it is often requested by returning guest.This is not always the easiest product to find available but fortunately, I can now oder through Amazon.com. Product Description
This hearty, fibrous noodle is a specialty pasta from the Italian Alps (Valtellina) made with half buckwheat flour and half durum wheat.

Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes
