I had the pleasure of tasting this cake at a family event and it is absolutely delicious. It has extremely soft texture, not the sort that you can hold with one hand. You need a plate for this one! And while it is sweet, it is just sugary on the outside, the layers appear to be a different mixture than the frosting on the outside.
