Black Currant Vinegar Fallot France Provence Black currant Cassis Vinegar 8 or 16 ozThis stuff is delicious and incredibly useful.I've macerated berries in it (it's wonderful with strawberries); marinated pork with it; added it to sauces; as well as made salad dressings. In every dish, it was a star. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle.

Product Description
The Fallot family has enjoyed a worldwide reputation for exceptional quality, since 1840. The Mustards and Vinegars are made in Beaune, France near Dijon, where mustard seeds are selected for their high quality and are then ground in a traditional stone mill.
