I found this cake at Marshalls. I wasn't expecting much, but boy was I surprised. So much I went looking for more on the web. This is a moist cake. Small holes about the size of a toothpick have been placed in the top of the cake and the liqueur has oozed down into the center of the cake. The lemon flavor is wonderful!
