Review of Scary Cheese Assortment (2.3 pound) by igourmet.com

It says it right in the name. I had to throw the box away before I ever opened it out of fear. It scared the living daylights out of me to even place the order. I'm not sure why I put myself through these things. I'm tired of being afraid.

Product Description
Is it a trick or a treat? This depends on who you present it to.A definite treat for the adventurous cheese connoisseur, but a trick to the timid. Each cheese in the assortment offers an unusual color and a bold, unique flavor.
  • Carrot Cheese:Carrot Cheese is produced from raw milk of cows that graze on meadows blanketed with wild flowers and Alpine herbs, and combined with pure carrot juice and fresh yogurt. Carrot Cheese is characterized by a strong aroma, incomparably fresh flavor and taste of good health.(8 oz.)
  • Cheddar with Thai Curry: While it might sound like an unusual combination, the sharp English cheddar easily carries the savory, spicy flavor of the curry. The spices used are coriander, turmeric, salt, allspice, ginger, fenugreek, garlic, pepper, cumin, and bay leaves. (8 oz.)
  • Basiron Pesto: Basiron is a creamy-tasting, gouda-style Dutch cheese jazzed up with pesto. Perfectly balanced and extremely addictive! (8 oz.)
  • Royal Windsor:Royal Windsor is a British creation, combining three wonderful flavors into one of the most visually striking cheeses the world has ever seen. The base cheese is cheddar, which is marbled with bright red, fruity Elderberry wine. Inside is a layer of veiny Blue Stilton, offering its tangy, distinctive flavor. (8 oz.)
  • Charcoal Crackers:Tasty black crackers designed by the cheese gurus from The Fine Cheese Co. in England. (5.3 oz.)
Please note that any item temporarily out of stock will be substituted with another "scary" cheese of equal value.
