These are really tasty stuffed salmon.There are 2 in a box, which costs a little under $7.00. Takes about 5 minutes to heat in the micro. The cheese and spinach filling is very flavorful. I eat 2 a week for the Omega-3 benefits, but they are delicious as well. The one problem I have is when cooking in the microwave I've tried different timing but the bottom is crusty.Even so I love 'em! Product Description
