Spicy, but not ridiculously so, with a great flavor that goes particularly well with Quesadillas. It is notoriously hard to get in the United States, so if you can't pick it up in your grocery store and are looking for a unique flavor to spice up simple Mexican food, I would highly recommend this. On almost every trip we make to Mexico, we come back with at least one bottle of Salsa Huichol.
