La Piana Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has won the right to be called "Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena" after being judged by the Consorzio Produttori and tasted at least 5 times. It is aged over 25 years and thus is usually used one drop at a time.
