Review of La Piana Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, 8.4 Fluid Ounces

My husband is always asking me to make him sandwiches with sliced roast beef from the deli (which our cats also seem to be wild about) and I have found interesting ways to make the sandwiches with various mustards, etc. Our recent favorite is to use a hearty bread, champagne mustard, lettuce, pickles, sliced green bell peppers, freshly ground Tellicherry peppercorns and this delicious raspberry balsamic vinegar.

Sometimes we add various cheeses, like cheddar. By using this vinegar it takes a sandwich from ordinary to gourmet. If you sprinkle the vinegar on the lettuce, that seems to work best and the combination of this vinegar and freshly ground peppercorns can also take salads to new interesting levels of flavor. A little olive oil is also a good way to make the sandwiches even healthier and I find we don't miss the mayonnaise at all.

I'm looking forward to trying this in more recipes and this
is a vinegar I will keep buying! The bottle also looks pretty
on the counter.
