We saw these on Food Finds and just finished them last night.They were just outstanding.Unlike anything we have tried, very elegant.Lobster was tender, large chunks, sauce was a creamy/sherry sauce with the great puff pastry top.We served them as an appetizer at a large party, and everyone just raved.Will order again.Reminded us of a very special place in Maine..Product Description
