Review of Pecorino Cheese Siciliano PrimoSale 1lb

This is a quality sheep milk cheese originated in Sicily, Italy called Primo Sale meaning the first salting of the cheese. You can use it almost anywhere, as it is flavorful and yet not sharp. Try fine slicing and placing it in plate with evian bottle water to regain it's natural moisture texture that is known for, or try in integrated and baked with a small amount of sauce (to keep crisp) and penne regate from Benedetto Cavalieri.
