I am not a fan of Carrots other than about as fresh out of the ground as possible. In fact most of the time if you monkey with a carrot you destroy the flavor. These are delicious! They remind me of "candied carrots" my grandmother made when I visited her in Virginia Beach VA in the 70s. The manufacturer was in my place of business--a colleague is a member of the family I think--and let us try some samples.Simply put, WOW! I had my first taste about 30 minutes ago, wrote this review, and am waiting on a confirmation e-mail for my first order. Guess what they say about "The first one is free" is true after all.
