I know that the product description here recommends this sauce on steamed salmon, and indeed, it is surprisingly delightful, but it also works quite well on a number of other fish dishes.The dill and garlic blend is done perfectly with this sauce.I first encountered this at a friends house and must admit I did not have a clue what it was she was using, but she sure made a believer out of me.The flavor here is quite unique and gives your dish a little something extra or something just a little different.This is a good product and I do highly recommend it.Give it a try!
