Review of Couscous, Tri-Colored* - 25 Lb Bag Each

I served this couscous as a bed for grilled, sliced chicken, which I had first marinated in a home made garlic marinade.I prepared the couscous in chicken broth and then tossed it with toasted sliced almonds and dried cranberry bits.It was a deliious and colorful company worthy meal.This couscous is a wonderful (and pretty) alternative to rice or potatoes.

Serve Couscous with marinated, broiled vegetables, flavor with garlic and onion as a side dish to meats and poultry.Cooked chilled Couscous makes a super salad ingredient.Use a bed of Couscous instead of rice with curries or stir fry meals.Combine with Harrisa Sauce for a spicy side dish.
