I just discovered the joys of grapesed oil, and I am awestricken by it!It's healthier than olive oil, and may actually help lower cholesterol levels.Amazing!Plus, it tastes delicious.I have used it to drizzle over cooked pasta, with garlic and tomatoes: wow!It also has a very high smoke point, so it is good for sautes as a hot base for sauces.Anywhere you'd use Olive oil, I'd substitute grapeseed, especilally this variety with infused garlic.
