Review of Black Olive Paste (Pasta Olive Nere)

This is incredibly delicious and a break from tomato or cream based sauces. It's great on pasta, gnocchi, even vegetables or bread. I'm not much of a cook but all you need to do is heat something and put this on top and it tastes incredible. Very fresh tasting too, like it was just made. I'll order from this company again.

Paul searched for two years to find the right producer to craft a preservative-and-additive-free collection of spreads and pestos bearing the A.G. Ferrari Foods name. His search ended in the vegetable gardens of a small producer in the herb-scented Ligurian hills above Genova.

This all-natural sauce from coastal Liguria is a finely minced blend of green olives, olive oil and fresh herbs. Use this olive spread for crostini or fresh cheeses, as a sauce for pasta or as a sandwich condiment.

Pasta di Olive Nere is one of seven new sauces made in Liguria, exclusively for A.G. Ferrari Foods.
