Whole Beef Bresaola - Vill AnticaGreat product !!!
Color,smell,tasting all indicate to a great product.
Sliced very thin this is the way to eat it on a platter with some cornichons,small cipollini onions,marinated mushrooms and of course some nice cheese.
Will definitely reccomended it keeps very well in the fridge !!!

Just note to be fair and honest that this product, although rich in history and food culture in Northern Italy (Valtellina) and Switzerland ,is currently been produced in Uruguay

Product Description
Makers of Bresaola still use age-old meat preparation techniques. Bresaola is salted and air dried meat, made from the tenderloin or fillet. It has a very dark red color, and is simply eaten sliced thinly, with olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper. Imported from Uruguay, Vill' Antica.
