this bread I feel is a good alternative to starting from scratch however I did add some of my own ingredients so I don't know how it would taste on its own..I did think it needed sweetening up a little..
for anyone interested I did add pecan nuts, cinnamon and orange peel which gave it more flavour...
[I did not use the walnuts which were included ]
I never use any type of nuts which are included in packaged breads..
Next time I will add sugar to the mixture.. it was easy enough to prepare which was what I wanted ..
