the flavor of this vinegar is fantastic. It's sharp and sweet and tangy and very very delicious. I've poured it on salads, used it in marinades, sipped it out of a teaspoon, sprinkled it on rice...really, it's just wonderful. I don't know about Amazon's price, I bought it on clearance at T J Maxx. However, the large bottle of this is a GREAT price and I'm going to order it when I run out of this. I also bought their cherry vinegar, which I didn't like nearly as well.Product Description
