This spice first came with my new omelet pan a few years ago and of course it's great in omelets. When I ran out I went to all the local stores trying to find it. Then recently I tried Amazon thinking it would never be here and it was. This spice should be used sparingly but it provides a real addition to my omelets. They weren't the same without it.And of course, Amazon handled the sale perfectly.
